Super happy with these guys. Used them couple of years ago for a new motor. At the time I was offered a battery backup option; I promptly forgot I'd bought that until last week when the storm knocked out my power. No standing in the rain raising and lowering the door manually, I was still able to use the door via the remote.
This week, I got them out again to replace a snapped spring. Again super happy, from initial phone call to Mark fixing it for me. He also pointed out a couple of other things I need to keep an eye on.
Pic shows the original spring with arrow pointing to where it snapped and the new springs. They were 19 years old so I knew the other one was about to break any minute, so got both done.
I trust these guys to do the job right and not rip me off. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
