Caragh Morgan

Caragh represents clients in both parenting and property matters, as well as parties involved in interactions with child protection authorities or proceedings in the Children’s Court. She has acted in complex parenting disputes and property settlements, with a strong focus on achieving timely and cost-effective outcomes. Caragh appreciates that every client has their own unique circumstances and priorities. This is why Caragh carefully approaches every matter with reference to your particular situation and goals. Where matters cannot be resolved through non-litigious processes, Caragh has represented clients in the Family Court of Western Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Children’s Court of Western Australia. Caragh is also regularly appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer in Family Court proceedings and serves as a Child Representative in the Children’s Court, advocating for the best interests of children in challenging circumstances. Before commencing her legal career, Caragh completed a Bachelor of Psychology in 2012. She has worked for state government departments, not-for-profit organisations and in commercial roles, including operating a non-legal small business whilst completing her law degree. Caragh therefore brings a diverse, practical and proficient perspective to her legal practice.
